INA, Ill. (February 3, 2025) — The Athletic department has named Zeke Wilson, men’s basketball, our January Student Athlete of the Month. The Freshman from Tulsa, OK has had quite the start to his collegiate career. Wilson has filled up the stat sheet this month, averaging 14.5 points and 9.6 rebounds per game. He has also blocked 1.8 shots per game and has been big presence in the paint for the Warriors since returning to the floor second semester. He has recorded 2 double doubles as well during January.

“Zeke has given our team a boost on both ends of the floor," said Head Coach Tim Wills. "He can block some shots on defense and has been able to score inside and out on the offensive end as well.”

The student athlete of the month is given each month to recognize our athletes on and off the field. The winner’s picture will be on display at the entrance of the REC and outside the athletic offices in the gym.
