Housing (Rend Lake Place Apartments)
Housing for athletes is available just a short walk from campus right next to The Rec at RLC and the baseball field. The current rate for housing is 1st Semester $2,200 + $400 Deposit | 2nd Semester $2,200 | (Subject to change by owners) for a Total: $4,800 (Subject to change by owners). Utilities are included in the rates and are open from the August move in dates through move out times in May at the end of the school year. Summer housing is generally not accommodated because of the turnover time required to get the apartments ready for the next year, but in special situations it can be purchased and used for $900 (subject to change by owners).
The apartments feature 2 bedrooms (2 students in each bedroom) and 2 bathrooms (2 students share a bathroom), a living room (2 chairs, and a sofa), kitchen (refrigerator included), a dining table with chairs, front and rear doors, laundry facilities in the common area of the apartments, and an on-site manager.
