Payment may be made by check, money order, credit/debit card or cash and must be received at the time of registration.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
A full refund will be issued for cancellations received one week prior to the first day of camp. RLC cannot provide make-up sessions or partial refunds for days missed. RLC reserves the right to cancel any camps that do not meet minimum enrollment—the registration fee will be fully refunded.
Students and their parents/guardians are responsible for all transportation arrangements to and from camp. Supervision will be provided for ONLY 10 minutes before camp begins. Out of respect for our camp instructors, please do not be late picking up your child.
Notes for Community Ed Camps
Please dress your child appropriately for the weather and the camp. Old clothes are best—we get messy! If it’s raining, send a hooded jacket or umbrella. Camps will take a daily, supervised break with minimal walking to another building. For break time, you will need to send snacks/drinks with your child or change for vending machines.
Confirmation and Waiver Forms
Parents/guardians will receive a confirmation letter prior to the beginning of camp to confirm payment and registration. A liability waiver will also be sent to return the first day of camp. If a camp is full, you will be notified.
